By entering McCulley Amazin Acres Farm, all visitors voluntarily assume the inherent and potential risks associated with exposure to communicable and zoonotic diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, E. Coli, Salmonella, and Listeriosis. Such diseases may be transmitted through contact with other guests, staff, animals, or surfaces throughout the property.

Exposure to these illnesses can occur regardless of age or health condition. However, certain individuals-including but not limited to young children (under age 5), older adults (over age 65), pregnant individuals, and those with compromised immune systems - may be at increased risk of severe illness, long-term complications, or death.

Furthermore, by interacting with animals at McCulleys Amazin' Acres Farm, visitors acknowledge the natural and inherent risk of physical injuries, including but not limited to bites, scratches, and other minor or serious bodily harm. While the farm takes reasonable steps to minimize such risks, injuries may still occur.

Play at own risk. Adult supervision is required. Playground attendants not on duty. McCulley's Amazin' Acres is not responsible for injuries. There are inherent risks of using playground equipment and/or inflatable activities, including but not limited to sprains, fractures or breaks.

By visiting McCulleys Amazin' Acres Farm, you expressly accept and assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and any minors or dependents in your care.

WARNING. Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of Agritourism activities include among others, risks of injury inherent to lands, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.


TENNESSEE EQUINE ACTIVITY ACT
WARNING. Under Tennessee law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, title 44, chapter 20.

TENNESSEE BOVINE LIABILITY ACT
WARNING. Under Tennessee law, a bovine owner is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death of a person resulting from the inherent risks of bovine activities, pursuant to Tennessee code Annotated, Title 44, Chapter 21.

Pet Policy
For the safety of our customers, your pet, and our staff, we kindly ask that pets be kept at home.
Only Service Animals as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA will be allowed on the farm and in the building.
(A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.)
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title II of the ADA.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By completing this purchase and/or entering the premises of McCulleys Amazin' Acres Farm LLC, you on behalf of yourself, your guests any individuals receiving admission, season passes, or gifts from you relating to McCulleys Amazin Acres Farm, and all respective family members, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby acknowledge and accept that participation in activities at McCulleys Amazin' Acres Farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

In consideration of being permitted to visit and participate in any activity at McCulleys Amazin' Acres Farm, you voluntarily agree to assume all such risks and do hereby fully and forever release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless McCulleys Amazin Acres Farm LLC, its, owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, vendors, representatives and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of or related in any way to your visit or participation, including claims based on negligence or the acts or omissions of any of the Released Parties.

This release of liability applies to all current and future claims and is binding upon you and all other listed above. Entry onto the premises constitutes agreement to these terms by all persons in your party, regardless of whether they personally completed the purchase transaction.")

By completing a purchase, I allow McCulleys Amazin' Acres Farm to email or occasionally text me with information about this or upcoming events. I understand that I can opt out at any time.
On occasion McCulleys Amazin' Acres Farm will photograph or take videos of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to McCulleys Amazin' Acres Farm grants full permission for the use of these images without notification or compensation.
